Seafood Medley (Cooked Whole Mussel and Mussel Meat, Cooked Whole Clam, Raw Alaskan Pollock, Raw Shrimp (Shrimp, Sodium Metabisulfite (as Preservative), Salt)), Cioppino Stew Base (Tomatoes, Onions, White Wine, Sunflower Oil, Mussel Powder, Garlic, Salt. Sugar, Thyme, Basil, Chili Paprika), Tomatoes.

Directions Just add water to make 2 delicious 8 oz servings. Preparation Guide: Raw product. Cook before you eat/cook from frozen. Stovetop: Remove the tray from the box and empty the contents into a saucepan. Add 5.5 fl oz of water. Heat on medium, stirring occasionally. When it comes to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 7-10 minutes. Microwave: Remove the tray from the box and empty the contents into a microwaveable dish. Add 5.5 fl oz of water and heat on high 7-10 minutes. Half-way through open the microwave and stir. When finished, leave to stand a minute before serving. Great as it is or serve with crusty bread. Tip from our Chef: Use this as a pasta sauce! Simply heat as per the instructions but without adding the water. Simple and delicious! Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. If defrosted do not refreeze, keep in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
