Remove meatloaf from plastic film and place in ovenable tray; discard plastic film. Place ovenable tray on sheet pan. (Optional: Add ketchup by spreading evenly across the top of the meatloaf.) place in the center rack of the oven. Cook for 45-55 minutes if thawed, or 75-85 minutes if frozen. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Perishable.
